“ I really love the vibe here! The decor is really aesthetic and I partially came back just for that! The other reason I came back is because of how dog friendly this place is! They have a whole separate menu just for your dog and the wait staff all loved my dog, even brought out a bowl of water for her! I thought the food was pretty solid but not overly outstanding or memorable in my opinion. I think if I come back a third time it would again mostly be for the ambiance and the dog friendliness, not necessarily the food. ”
“ A great place to meet friends! They have great happy hour deals at the bar which we did not partake but I look forward to coming back to try it! We started with the margherita flatbread to share which was yummy. For my main, I got the seared tuna platter which came with cous cous, chopped salad, and a chimichurri sauce which was delicious. My friends got the linguine and clams and burger which they loved. One of my friends also got the Brussel sprout tacos which is an app so they also got a house salad which was a perfect amount for them. For drinks, one of my friends got the Fiona's apple cocktail which came with a cute decoration and she said she really enjoyed the drink. She asked for it without the egg white which they were able to accommodate. The restaurant itself it very cute with a nice outdoor seating area. Would definitely come back! ”
“ I had the most lovely time at the bar at The Wilson during my most recent visit to New York. I come to New York often and my most recent trip did not go as planned and I was eager to come home. I had two more nights and decided to get a drink at the bar instead of sit in my room. The bar tender Isabella, turned my entire trip around. She was full of awesome suggestions all over the city and she was the friendly face I needed during a rough weekend. Not only did she know the coolest places but she also made amazing drinks, she made me a custom drink and it was to die for. I had never stayed in this part of manhattan before but I will definitely be returning to The Wilson. Bar tenders in the city tend to be in a rush but Isabella is truly someone who cares about her craft. The entire bar section was sparkling clean (seriously did not think a bar in the city could be so clean, and she makes drinks like a professional machine. I meant to get the managers contact so I could send a compliment about Isabella but I figured a review is just as good :) ”
“ I can't stop thinking about the Pull Apart Bread at The Wilson! The parmesan and chimichurri combo is dangerously addictive ”
“ The Wilson Dog Menu is the perfect blend of fun and wholesome goodness. Not only did my pup enjoy a range of tasty, balanced meals, but the menu itself adds a playful touch to our dining experience. It's clear that every detail--from ingredient selection to presentation--is designed to make both pets and their owners feel truly welcome. ”
“ Ended up there just cause it was on our way but it was such an amazing place! Food is great (try the Marguerite flatbread and the clam chowder A special shout out for Manuel who took care of us amazingly! ”
“ Great restaurant located inside the INNSIDE hotel. Got in late from our flight and needed a quick bite so we headed down stairs. Even though it was freezing cold out they have an amazing heater setup that makes it so you can sit comfortably even without a jacket. Servers were very nice and accommodating. ”
“ My maid of honors & matron of honors took me here for my birthday . We ordered oysters , Margarita flat bread and hummus for the table . I ordered the crab cakes for my main & I did taste the steak fritters that my friend had . The flat bread was good . The hummus came with cold veggies , we had to ask for Peter bread which was provided upon request . The steak was really good & the crab cakes were cool. It was too much bread crumbs but the inside was so good and full of real crab meat . The salad was good, which came with it . I had an amaretto sour and Shirley temple which was great . To finish we had the dessert cookie which was topped with icecream . The chocolate chip cookie was so exceptional we ordered another one. The bathroom is located downstairs and was clean . ”
“ I came here for a dinner with my brother, his wife who was in from Arizona, along with a few of my cousins who live in New York and New Jersey. We had a surprisingly great experience. Our waiter Carlos really owned the business and he is someone I would consider for management. He was personable, attentive, did not rush us and really showed he cared about the client and the business he works for. The restaurant is located in the hotel, is clean, modern and spacious. You can dress as you want, its dog friendly the converted outside space which is a plus or minus for done. The food was good quality, freshly prepared, fairly priced for Manhattan or NYC and portions were adequate. It has a good vibe, is located a few blocks from Penn Station which is convenient if you don't have a car or do not want to deal with parking. We shared several appetizers including the Crispy Brussel sprouts which a lot of people do not like although these were great. We also ordered a few of the Ahi tuna flatbread, my personal favorite. We also had the pizza that I think they list as Margarita flatbread. For mains we had the seared tuna pasta special, the salmon, the double burger, the 12oz pork chop, seared tuna dinner, the spinach ricotta ravioli, and the "whole grilled Branzino/ open face head to tail". (You have to see my photo lol). Really excellent taste although you may want to ask them to take off the head and tail first. For desert we had a few orders the cookie skillet which was my favorite and the gelato. They have several dining and bar spaces upstairs and downstairs. I didn't ask although I'm sure they can accommodate events and parties. I would definitely recommend the Wilson for a great time. ”
“ A friend and I visited here for a networking event on a weekday. We very much enjoyed the cool environment and welcoming staff. It's a pretty restaurant to dine at and just enjoy your time. I'm such a fan of the vivid decor in the restaurant; I felt as thought it adds a nice glam to the overall experience. This time around I was able to try a few glasses of rosé as I vibed with good company and good choices of music. I so definitely would like to visit again and try the food. ”
